RFCLA Tickets FAQ
1. Why is the amount more than advertised? 27% of the ticket price is taxes and fees provide to the ticket servicing providing Paciolan, and Taxes.
2. How do I log in to get my ticket? You will need sign up UCLA.evenue.net portal, powered by Paciolan.
3 .My Credit Card is not working? You will NOT be able to use a foreign credit to purchase tickets online. If you having problems with your credit card, contact ticketing@rugbyfcla.com.
4. I have kids. Are they free? Yes kids U12 are FREE!
5. I have a family a family bigger than 4, how do I purchase extra ticket if I need? it If your kids are under 12, they are free! If your third child is over 13, please contact ticketing@rugbyfcla.com.
6. My cart is not adding up, any reason why? If you have gone back and changed your ticket selection, your ticket quantity may have been added as two. Please head to the bottom of the your check out page, 'REMOVE ENTIRE ORDER'
