RFCLA Game & Community Operations Coordinator (Now)
As the RFCLA Game & Community Operations Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and managing the development and implementation of the logistical details of game day operations for each RFCLA home game and business events. You will oversee the relationship with our home match venue (UCLA + other venues) as the lead person, develop and implement game day plans with staff, external stakeholders and volunteers ensuring smooth execution of pre-game ceremonies and in-game entertainment, and including all game-day vendors are set up and prepared to provide top-quality service for RFCLA fans and attendees.

RFCLA Internship Program (Now)
The RFCLA Internship Program is a unique entry-level opportunity to vet and groom front office talent taking the step into professional sports. We are focused on identifying, developing, and nurturing top performers through our internship program. Throughout our internship program, students will gain exposure across our business while making lifelong connections and exposure to the world of professional rugby.
The RFCLA Internship program is a learning opportunity for undergraduate students that allows participants to contribute to RFCLA's success while gaining a holistic learning experience and a behind-the-scenes look into professional sport. Applicant placement within an RFCLA Department is based on the RFCLA business needs, as well as the candidate’s interest, experience, and academic achievement. All positions are located in Los Angeles.
To qualify for the Internship Program, students must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate college or university and be between their junior or senior year. Participants must receive credits for the RFCLA Internship Program through their academic institution.
Available Internships: Ticket Sales, Game Day Event Operations, Graphic Design, Social Media and Digital Content.
This is an unpaid internship and does not guarantee employment with the RFCLA upon completion.
