Ticket FAQ, Game Day Info and terms and conditions for Wallis Annenberg Stadium, UCLA.

1. Why is the amount more than advertised? 27% of the ticket price is taxes and fees provide to the ticket servicing providing Paciolan, and Taxes.

2. How do I log in to get my ticket? You will need sign up UCLA.evenue.net portal, powered by Paciolan.

3 .My Credit Card is not working? You will NOT be able to use a foreign credit to purchase tickets online. If you having problems with your credit card, contact amiller@rugbyfcla.com

4. I have kids. Are they free? Yes kids U12 are FREE!

5. I have a family a family bigger than 4, how do I purchase extra ticket if I need? it If your kids are under 12, they are free! If your third child is over 13, please contact amiller@rugbyfcla.com

6. My cart is not adding up, any reason why? If you have gone back and changed your ticket selection, your ticket quantity may have been added as two. Please head to the bottom of the your check out page, 'REMOVE ENTIRE ORDER'

GAME DAY INFORMATION

1. Tickets You will have been sent an E-Ticket. Please present your ticket to be scanned at the entrance to Wallis Annenberg Stadium

2. Parking Lot 4 is the parking lot for Wallis Annenberg Stadium ($15 per vehicle). For additional parking information, including campus parking maps, please click HERE.

4. Photo/Video Policy. Professional cameras and cameras with telephoto or detachable lenses longer than the width (base) of the camera are prohibited in UCLA athletic venues. Only those credentialed by the UCLA Athletic / RFCLA Communications Office will have the right to use such equipment. Flash photography, video cameras, monopods and tripods are also prohibited. RFCLA event management reserves the right to ask guests to put cameras or video equipment away.

5. Safety & Security To provide a safer environment for the public, UCLA Athletics & RFCLA will be implementing a bag check policy at Drake Stadium beginning the 2017-18 season. Security staff members will now search all bags, purses and backpacks brought into the venue- at each public entryway.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Animals (other than service animals required because of a disability)
  • Any outside beverages other than factory sealed water 32oz/1 liter or less, (empty reusable bottles are allowed; no glass)
  • Backpacks, bags, or purses larger than 4.5” x 6.5”. Clutches larger than 4.5” x 6.5”. Clear bags larger than 12 x 12 x 6. UCLA Clear Bag Policy
  • Balls, toys, sports equipment, or similar throwable items
  • Banners, signs, flags, poles, or sticks
  • Boxes, coolers, or wrapped packages of any size
  • Helium balloons
  • Laser pointers
  • Monopods, tripods or unauthorized video cameras, professional cameras and cameras with telephoto or detachable lenses, or camera’s with lenses longer than 3.5 inches
  • Noisemakers including thunder sticks, musical instruments, whistles, air horns and boom boxes
  • Skates, skateboards, scooters or bicycles
  • Unsliced fruits or vegetables
  • Weapons or projectiles

RFCLA is committed to serving its community by providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone on event day. As an attendee of a RFCLA event, join us in creating a positive event experience for everyone by adhering to the following guidelines.

  • Guests must comply with venue staff and messaging at all times, including in regards to venue operations and emergency procedures.
  • Guests appearing intoxicated, inebriated or showing other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption or drug use may be denied access to the venue or subject to ejection. Intervention with an intoxicated or impaired guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
  • Guests should sit only in their ticketed seats and upon request must show their valid ticket or University ID to venue personnel. Guests are permitted to sit or stand, when appropriate during an event, only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles and on seat surfaces is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are prohibited from using foul or obscene gestures or language on signs or clothing, or using fighting, taunting, or threatening remarks or gestures. Guests who engage in such behavior will be subject to ejection from the venue without refund or reimbursement.
  • Guests who attempt to enter the competitive area or other restricted spaces, throw objects, or disrupt competition in any other manner will be ejected from the venue immediately.
  • Guests agree to follow all health and safety policies; including all applicable campus, local, state and federal orders, regulations and ordinances at all times.
  • The entire UCLA campus is smoke and tobacco-free. The smoke and tobacco-free policy includes all UCLA indoor and outdoor areas, and also prohibits other tobacco use, including vaping or hookah use, and also includes smoked marijuana.

Ticket account holders and ticket bearers are responsible for the actions of themselves and their guests in possession of the tickets. Persons violating this Fan Code of Conduct may have their ticket privileges revoked, regardless of whether or not the spectators in violation are the ticket holders of record. Consequences for individuals who do not adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct may include, but are not limited to: seat relocation, loss of ticket purchasing privileges, ejection from the facility, letter of warning, or arrest.

  1. Ticket prices are all inclusive
  2. In case of any booking issues, they should try to delete earlier cookies and/or try to book in incognito mode
  3. Each successful transaction ends in a confirmation page which allows the buyer to also generate their ticket/s. The confirmation email is also sent to the email used for purchase, with the ticket generating link and purchase details. If the email isn't in the inbox then they should check the other tabs/folders and also in spam. The purchase is also recorded in the My Accounts area, which can be accessed after logging into our site
  4. If someone has seen a debit without a successful transaction, or more than 1 debit for a single transaction, then they can write into customerservice@zoonga.com with the email address used, the last 4 digits of the card number they attempted/did the transaction with, and the date and approx time of the attempted transaction

LEAVE YOUR BAG(S) AT HOME! No Bag Check will be available – please note if you are taking rideshare service to the event. Check out the graphic below to ensure you bring the appropriate-sized bags on game day.

Please park in Lot 2 on the west side of the stadium for the easiest entry experience. The only gate entrance will be on the west side. Free parking is available at all lots within the Great Park.

VIP and Club 24 Members Only: You have access to Reserved Lot P3. Limited spaces available.

Fan Code of Conduct – RFCLA

The MLR and RFLCA are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable match day experience within Championship Rugby Stadium and the surrounding property at the Orange County Great Park. We want guests of all ages to enjoy the excitement and enthusiasm of professional rugby. Therefore, all guests are encouraged to respect the rights of others by displaying proper etiquette. The Fan Code of Conduct includes, but is not limited to, abstaining from the following:

  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
  • Fighting, foul or abusive language and/or obscene gestures.
  • Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team guests.
  • Obscene or indecent clothing.
  • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting.
  • Interference with the progress of the match (including throwing objects onto the field).
  • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel.
  • Being seated in a location other than ones ticketed seat.
  • Unauthorized entrance on the playing surface or restricted areas.

The Fan Code of Conduct applies to all ticket holders and patrons of the stadium property. Ticket holders and patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests. Stadium staff will promptly intervene when necessary to ensure the Code of Conduct is enforced. Ticket holders and/or patrons who choose not to adhere to these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets, and possible arrest and prosecution for violations of city ordinances. Guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest security guard or RFCLA employee. The MLR and RFCLA thank you for adhering to the provisions of the Fan Code of Conduct.
