Jason Damm has been playing rugby since senior year of high school. From there, he won ACR Freshman of the Year at Clemson University, All-Americans, 2nd team All MLR, and Execution Award for Rugby ATL. Continuing his career for the Glendale Raptors and Rugby ATL, Damm loves that rugby is the kind of sport where anyone, regardless of shape and size, is welcome.
