Shaun Davies

Originally from Durban, South Africa, Shaun Davies now serves as the Backs Coach for Southerns California's newest MLR team - Rugby Football Club Los Angeles.
The former Scrum Half started his rugby career at Brigham Young University in Utah. After college he played with Life University in Georgia before moving on to the Ohio Aviators and eventually elevating to Major League Rugby with the Glendale Raptors. He also represented the US National Rugby Union team in the 2019 World Rugby Cup. After retiring as a player, Davies served as an Assistant Coach for the Utah Warriors before moving West to join one of MLR's newest teams in 2024.
